On behalf of the Pulido Family, we are enthusiastically excited to introduce you to the new power-house band of the central coast called Monterey Bay Sound Machine (MBSM). MBSM includes musicians from the band once called Nu Horizon and is enhanced with inclusion of additional new musicians whose contribution adds to the special blend of positive dance music Nu Horizon was always known to perform. Under the management of Robert Pulido and Ruben Pulido, and the musical direction of Cristela Pulido Alfaro, Monterey Bay Sound Machine IS the band you will want to watch perform, dance with, and follow on our upcoming website.



Monterey Bay Sound Machine boasts three lead singers, a four-piece horn section, four back- line musicians as well as three percussionists who hold up the band’s funky, rhythmic foundation. This incredible line-up of professionally-trained musicians allows for an unlimited integration of your favorite dance music. Monterey Bay Sound Machine guarantees an enjoyable, unforgettable, non-stop musical experience with inclusion of its own DJ and expansion of its genres of music. 



Monterey Bay Sound Machine is your “live” juke box that adds new positive party music to the already diverse repertoire of your favorite dance music. Monterey Bay Sound Machine’s sole purpose is to bring YOU to the dance floor for a non-interrupted dance party.
